Offshore Partners Holding Ltd (OPHL)
is an Oil and Gas Services Company incorporated in 2013 whose business model is centred
on the provision of unique oilfield services across the various sectors of the Oil and Gas industry.
We have a diverse team of dedicated professionals with a wealth of experience and expertise
in their various fields.
OPHL works closely with its logistics and Technical partners APS,
SLOK Ltd, and EMAG with whom we have working and technical Partnership agreements.
OPHL is compliant with all local content and other legislative requirements,
and together with our partners; APS, SLOK and EMAG, we provide quality and
efficient services in a timely manner and within budget to our clients
in West Africa and beyond.

SLOK:
Slok Ltd owns, operates and manages its own
fleet. Slok Ltd has a proven track record in the
Offshore Supply Vessels market. Current fleet include
4 Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs), 3 Crew Supply Vessels (CSVs),
1 Shallow Draft Tanker and 1 Single Point Mooring (SPM) Vessel,
making a total of 9 vessels. The average age of these vessels is less than 5 years.
Past and current contracts include NAOC, TOTAL and others. Many of these contracts have been continuously
extended and renewed due to the high quality of services offered and the clients’ satisfaction.
